Challenge

Create a more harmonious dining experience

Three different food offerings within the Concorde Lounge without obvious delineation meaning customers were often eating certain types of food with difficulty due to inappropriate seating etc.

Insight

If a customer experiences the ‘right food in the wrong place’  they will blame the lounge for the bad experience.

Solution

Create a set of three menus that are each displayed in specific areas of the lounge (bar, casual dining and a la carte). 

Result

A change of strategy from BA meant that a new campaign was launched in the Concorde Lounge.
